How rare are the golden-haired wild yaks? There are only a hundred more in Xizang

The herds of yaks scattered across the mountains and fields constitute a unique scenic view of Xizang. The golden-haired wild yak is a subspecies of the wild yak and is classified as a first-class national protected animal. With a large build and golden fur all over its body, it is exceedingly scarce in number. Currently, golden-haired wild yaks have been found in Rutog and Gerze counties of Ngari in China's Xizang, with their population amounting to only slightly over a hundred.
